Return Process

  Log in to your Www account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation email inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
